Please read these terms carefully before registering or using df444. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and df444 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the df444 website, mobile platform, and all associated services, games, and features available at df444.club. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on df444, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing df444 from Bangladesh, including but not limited to residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the df444 platform and close any account you have registered.

1. Eligibility

Access to df444 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all criteria set out in this section at all times during your use of df444.

Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on df444 or to participate in any form of gaming, wagering, or betting on the platform. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh. df444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to void any winnings and close the account of any player found to be under 21.
Personal Use Only
A df444 account may only be used by the person who registered it for their own personal, recreational entertainment. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared, or operated by any third party. Any attempt to use another person's account, or to allow another person to use your account, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
One Account Per Person
Each individual Bangladesh player may maintain only one active df444 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. df444 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts and will permanently close all associated accounts upon detection, with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2. Account Registration

To access the full features of df444, you must register a player account. Account registration at df444 is subject to the following conditions, all of which you must comply with at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.

  1. You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This mobile number becomes your primary account identifier and is used for login, withdrawal verification, and account recovery.
  2. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. df444 will never ask for your password by SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  4. df444 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
  5. You must notify df444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach. df444 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
df444 accounts are intended for personal recreational use only. Any account identified as being used for commercial purposes, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers will be permanently closed without notice and all associated balances forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

df444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions. df444 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard as accepted payment methods for Bangladesh players.

Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit at df444 is ৳200. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositor's name or account details do not match the registered df444 account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, minus any processing fees incurred. df444 does not charge a platform fee for standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay deposits.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests at df444 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. df444 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. Players must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus before a withdrawal request can be approved.
Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions on df444 — including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or money laundering — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. df444 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect unusual or suspicious financial activity.

df444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any verification procedure where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. In all such cases, df444 will communicate with the player via their registered contact details to explain the nature and expected duration of any hold.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

df444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses issued by df444 are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

  1. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
  2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise specified. Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.
  3. df444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any wagering requirements that have already been started at the time of modification remain subject to the original terms under which the bonus was claimed.
  4. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal as real-money BDT balances.
  5. df444 may at its sole discretion decline to offer a bonus or promotion to any player, or revoke a bonus from a player's account, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, or any activity that df444 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of automated software to exploit promotional offers, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances — both bonus and real-money — held in the account at the time of closure.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

df444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience for all Bangladesh players. All games available on df444 are supplied by licensed third-party providers and use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcome fairness.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on df444 and will result in immediate account suspension: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software errors or glitches; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions; any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with platform software.
Interrupted Games
In the event of a disconnection, server failure, or technical interruption during a game round, df444 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager for the interrupted round may be returned to the player's account at df444's discretion. df444 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, df444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. df444 will notify affected players via their registered contact details where a material malfunction has occurred.

6. Responsible Gaming

df444 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its Bangladesh players seriously. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and full self-exclusion. Players who wish to activate any of these tools should log in to their df444 account and navigate to the responsible gaming section, or contact customer support for immediate assistance.

df444 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and uses age verification procedures during account registration and at subsequent intervals. Responsible gaming resources are available free of charge to all df444 players in Bangladesh. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of confirmation. Once a self-exclusion is in force, df444 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player for the duration of the exclusion period.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

df444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

  1. The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited conduct clauses.
  2. df444 has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with their use of the platform.
  3. The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification procedure.
  4. df444 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.

Upon permanent account closure by df444 for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where df444 closes an account for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after satisfactory KYC completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the df444 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, and the overall platform interface — is the intellectual property of df444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational enjoyment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the df444 platform or its content without prior written consent from df444. Unauthorised use of df444 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

df444 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, df444 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — relating to the platform and its services.

Gaming Losses
df444 is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by a player during legitimate gameplay on the platform. By participating in any game or betting market on df444, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. df444 strongly recommends that all Bangladesh players set personal deposit and loss limits before commencing play.
Service Interruptions
df444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service outages, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond df444's reasonable control. df444 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance via the platform's announcements channel.

10. Amendments to These Terms

df444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, df444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address associated with the player's account. Continued use of df444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on the df444 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
